reasons why 'martial law' is the best cop show ever:

I love that there is an entire group of actors who have built their careers solely on the fact that they know martial arts. Now I realize that model/actor and the singer/actor is equally pathetic, but their is something sort of cryptic about the black belt in tae kwon do/actor. How are the two related?
This is not to say that these guys are not talented in their martial arts pursuits. I'm sure they are, not that I would know a spinning back kick from my own ass, but they move a lot and that seems to be good. The premise of 'Walker, Texas Ranger' is just unfortunate, a Texas cop guy who can do karate in his boots, also with rugged looks and a pick-up truck. Hmmm. Lame. People in Texas don't do karate, they just shoot you. Then there's Jean-Claude Van Damme and his foolish American counterpart, Steven Segal. I can't even think of enough derogatory things to say about them. Fucknuts.
'Martial Law' was a retarded show, but Sammo Hung had a good name, even if you did not for one minute believe that he could execute a complicated series of karate moves in a poorly made suit without breaking a sweat.
